Peppone has worked at the Savoy Hotel (London), Hilton, Meridienne and cruise liners, Oriana and QE2, where he was awarded, winning "Chef de Partie". He is the driving force behind a stunning menu, combining his culinary expertise and knowledge to create an interesting variation of traditional mediterranean dishes. |
